About Me

Dr. Steven Wang is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He received both his DMD and MD from Penn, and completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to his time at the Penn Dental Family Practice, he also teaches residents at the hospitals of the Penn Health System, and teaches dental students at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. His clinical interests and expertise are in orthognathic, dental implant, dentoalveolar, maxillofacial trauma, pathology, and TMJ surgeries.

A native of Texas, Dr. Wang and his wife have lived in Philadelphia for over 10 years and currently reside in University City with their two children. He is active in his church, is a football fanatic, and also enjoys playing golf and basketball.
