How To Keep White Teeth

If you’re wanting to keep your teeth healthy and white there are a few very important ways to maintain your white smile.

  1. Brush Twice a Day – Or after each meal. Brushing your teeth twice a day removes the plaque buildup and helps prevent discoloration.
  2. Floss – Flossing once or twice a day gets those hard to reach places that your toothbrush can’t reach. Removing plaque buildup and preventing discoloration.
  3. Avoid Dark Foods – Avoid food and drink that can stain your teeth, Dark fruit juices, coffee, red wine, or dark sodas. If you can’t seem to stay away, be sure to rinse your mouth out thoroughly.
